2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, Kartzy360 does not offer refunds for any subscriptions or fees paid. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to protect the integrity of our service.

2.1 No Refunds on Subscriptions

  • Monthly and Annual Plans: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of usage or non-usage of the service.
  • Upgrades and Downgrades: Changes to your subscription plan (upgrading or downgrading) do not entitle you to a refund. The new subscription rate will be applied in the next billing cycle.

2.2 No Refunds on Add-On Services

  • Custom Development Services: Fees paid for any custom development or additional services are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Fees associated with third-party integrations or additional services are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

3.1 How to Cancel

3.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscribers: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • Annual Subscribers: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

4. Service Disruption and Termination

Kartzy360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of our Terms of Service or this Return & Refund Policy.

4.1 No Refunds for Terminated Accounts

  • If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
